GETTING STARTED
What do you actually sell?
Two things. Powders for training, including creatine, whey, collagen and a mass gainer. Daily essential capsules for the rest of the day, covering sleep, focus, daily vitamins and hair. Everything is made to work together rather than as one-off products.
Where should I start?
Creatine. It is the most researched supplement in sports science and it does something measurable for almost anyone who trains. Muscle Max if you do not want the caffeine, Jet Fuel if you want creatine with caffeine. Each creatine formula is geared to performance and recovery.
Are there more products coming?
Yes! We are currently working on something special. Subscribe to our mailing list so you can be the first to hear about it.
Can I take more than one product at a time?
Yes, that is how the range is built. Watch your total caffeine if you are combining Jet Fuel and Lean and Mean, and do not double up on the sleep capsules. Every dose is on the label so you can add it up.

Which products contain caffeine?
Jet Fuel and Lean and Mean. Everything else is caffeine free. Doses are printed on the label so you can time them around training and sleep.
Do you use any banned substances?
No. Nothing we formulate with appears on the WADA Prohibited List. If you compete under testing, check the ingredient list on each product page against your federation rules before you buy.
Where is it made?
South Africa. Manufactured in SAHPRA-certified facilities.

How much is shipping?
R100 flat rate anywhere in South Africa. Free on orders over R750.
How do I check on my order?
You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, then a tracking link once it ships. Tracking can take 24 hours to start updating after you receive it. If nothing has landed in your inbox, check your spam folder before you email us at info@sciencebrands.co.za.
I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?
If the order has not shipped yet, usually yes. Email info@sciencebrands.co.za with your order number and the corrected address as fast as you can and we will try to catch it before it leaves.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email info@sciencebrands.co.za straight away. We pack quickly so we cannot promise it, but we will try. If it has already shipped, you will need to return it under the return policy instead.
I forgot to add my discount code. Can it still be applied?
No. Codes only work at checkout, before the order goes through. Email us and we will sort you out on the next one.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened with the seal intact. That is your right under the ECTA cooling-off period. You cover the return postage. Once a seal is broken we cannot take it back, because consumable supplements cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email info@sciencebrands.co.za within 48 hours of delivery, before you use it. Send photos of the packaging and the batch number printed on the product. Where the fault is ours you get a replacement or a full refund, processed within 7 to 10 business days of approval.
