REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Entity: Science Brands (Pty) Ltd (t/a Leagues Ahead)
1. 7-Day "Cooling-Off" Period (ECTA Section 44)
In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you are entitled to cancel your purchase without reason and without penalty within 7 days after the date of receipt of the goods.
Condition: A full refund will be issued only if the goods are returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Costs: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.
Exclusion: This cooling-off period does not apply to goods that have been personalized or clearly damaged by the consumer.
2. Health, Hygiene & Safety Restrictions
Due to the nature of our products (consumable health supplements), and in accordance with public health and safety regulations:

We cannot accept returns, and will not provide refunds, for any product where the tamper-evident seal has been broken, the bottle has been opened, or the packaging is defaced.

Once the seal is broken, the product is deemed "used" for the purposes of hygiene and cannot be resold.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, "dead on arrival," or not what you ordered:

Notification: You must notify us at info@leaguesahead.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence: Please include high-quality photos of the damaged packaging and the batch number on the product.

Resolution: If the fault is ours, we will arrange a collection and provide a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at no additional cost to you, as per the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
4. Refund Processing

Inspection: Refunds are subject to an inspection of the returned goods at our warehouse.

Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or via EFT into a verified South African bank account.

Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account once the refund is approved.
