1. 7-Day Cooling-Off Period (ECTA Section 44)

In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you may cancel your purchase without reason and without penalty within 7 days after the date you receive the goods.

Condition: A full refund will be issued only if the goods are returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Costs: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

Exclusion: This cooling-off period does not apply to goods that have been personalised or damaged by you.

2. Health, Hygiene & Safety Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products as consumable health supplements, and in line with public health and safety practice:

  • We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any product where the tamper-evident seal has been broken, the container has been opened, or the packaging has been defaced.
  • Once the seal is broken, the product is treated as used for hygiene purposes and cannot be resold.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, dead on arrival, or not what you ordered:

  • Notification: You must notify us at info@leaguesahead.co.za within 48 hours of delivery, and before using the product.
  • Evidence: Include clear photos of the damaged packaging and the batch number printed on the product.
  • Resolution: Once we have reviewed your report, we will confirm the next step and, where the fault is ours, provide a replacement or a full refund.

4. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned goods at our warehouse.
  • Method: Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method, or by EFT into a verified South African bank account.
  • Timeline: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for funds to reflect once the refund is approved.

5. Using our products

Our supplements are intended only for the purpose described on the label and must be stored and used as directed. They are not intended for persons under 18, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or disease. If you have a medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use. These products are unregistered and have not been evaluated by SAHPRA for their quality, safety, or intended use.
